04Can you arrange international shipping?+
Yes. We support protective packing and international delivery coordination. The recommended transport method depends on dimensions, weight, destination and installation plan.
05Do you provide installation support?+
We can develop base, fixing and installation considerations as part of the project. The exact scope is confirmed for each site and may involve local installation partners.
06Can you work from our drawings or artist’s concept?+
Yes. We can work from drawings, models, sketches or visual references, while respecting the approved creative direction and clarifying fabrication details before production.
